Terms & Conditions- IDBN
Membership
- Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals aged 18-60 who align with IDBN’s mission and values. Members are responsible for their downline’s training, guidance, and adherence to the Terms.
- Registration: Members must complete the official registration process, Membership is non-transferable without prior written approval from the Company.
- Termination: Membership may be terminated for non-payment, violation of policies, or conduct detrimental to IDBN’s mission
Membership Fee
- Membership dues must be paid annually, and additional costs may apply for events, training, or materials.
- Renewal fees must be paid before the membership expiration date to avoid lapse.
Membership Responsibilities
- Members are required to attend weekly meetings regularly. Members are expected to actively participate in networking activities, including:
- Providing referrals to fellow members.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism in interactions.
- Attending training sessions and workshops.
- Members must uphold the reputation of IDBN and act in the best interest of the organization.
Code of Conduct
- Members must uphold IDBN’s values of respect, collaboration, and integrity.
- Harassment, discrimination, or any form of unethical behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Members should contribute positively to the activities, programs, and reputation of IDBN.
- Unauthorized use of IDBN’s name, logo, or branding is not permitted.
Amendments
- The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.
Intellectual Property
- All IDBN materials, including training content, branding, and publications, are the intellectual property of IDBN
- Members and third parties may not reproduce, distribute, or use IDBN materials without prior written approval.
